Chalk Couture is designed to be an easy high end DIY home decor product that even the unexperienced can learn to quickly. There are only a few things you need to compete your project.
Chalkology Paste
Chalk Transfer
Surface
Squeegee
and with as little amount of steps as there are items needed you'll have created a beautiful project.
Carefully removed the backing from your sheet. I recommend marking the back with an 'X' before you do this so you know which way to place the transfer back again.
Before you apply the transfer you should "fuzz" it by placing it on a a lint free fuzzing cloth and removing it. this will make it less sticky so it's easier to remove it.
Once your transfer is ready you can place it on your surface and smooth it out.
take your Chalkology Paste and apply a small amount on your transfer and spread it over the design. Once the transfer is covered, remove the excess chalk paste with the squeegee and save it for another project!
Remove the transfer by peeling it back evenly from the corners. Make sure you do this before the paste dries. it will start to dry quickly so if it starts to just spray a very light mist over it.
